GSD Sports and Adventure utilizes the science of Biomechanics - understanding the body as a machine - to take bodies to peak ability. Using proven scientific techniques, direct measurements, and specialized biomechanics software, we personalize your workouts to get the most from your body. At your first appointment, we will conduct a full-body assessment with specific attention given to joint movement and structuring.

TrainING:

Our Personal Training is science-directed, goal-driven, skills/sports-integrated, 100% personalized, and 100% private. You will work one-on-one in a private gym with your trainer.

Pricing:

Private training: $40/hr

5-visit pack: $187.50 ($37.50/hr)

10-visit pack: $350 ($35/hr)

Once per week subscription: $150 ($37.50/hr)

Unlimited Personal Training: $500
