Our style of combatives and self-defense is a fusion of Boxing/kickboxing, Krav Maga, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We strongly emphasize practical, real-world application.
Key Points of combatives:
Our system has four main pillars: Self-defense, Kickboxing, Conditioning, and Sparring.
The ultimate goal is to protect yourself with an array of combative techniques (Self-defense) but this can’t be done if you don’t have the skills to perform in a fight (Kickboxing), the endurance to last in a fight (Conditioning), or the reflexes to respond in a fight (Sparring).
Curriculum
Beginner: Build a strong foundation with correct technique and mechanics. The primary emphasis is on striking and self-defense with a minor introduction to ground work.
Intermediate: Construct a stable framework with live sparring and more advanced ground work. Takedowns and escapes are introduced.
Advanced: Gain true mastery of the previous levels. This class also focuses on weapons training with stick and knife. If you’re interested in firearms training, visit our firearms page.
Private or Partner lessons:
Individual lessons are available, but a partner is strongly encouraged. Private or partner lessons are available and you get started by clicking below.
Private training: $45/hr
Partner training: $60/hr
